A Short Burst of Writing are some of my short stories I have written over the years. Some may be more to the enjoyment of a younger crowd, some is more of adult content, and some may seem downright strange. Some were also written quite some time ago. Please bear with the strangeness and any tendencies to run on the darker side of fiction. Teasers are to tease, tantalize, and generally pique your interest; here are some random samplings of my current writing projects. Scribblings for Children are some of the stories I have written for my own children, posted here to share with you. A Dark Corner of Poetry are some of my own poems that probably should have been left on that dark and dusty corner of the shelf. Caution: enter at your own risk. I am a writer, but am not necessarily very poetic. The following poems are the chaotic ramblings of a mind rolling through the intangible world of the literary mind. Some readers may be offended by some of the following poems due to their lack of literary content and just plain badness. Reading with your eyes closed is strongly recommended. Random Ramblings are exactly that. They are the random ramblings that come from the dark depths of a mind lost in the vast chaos that is the world of a stay-at-home mother who, by the very nature of being a stay-at-home mom, is sadly lacking in adult stimulus. This is a place to share thoughts, ideas, and random ramblings rattling around in that cavernous noggin, which if spoken face to face with friends and loved ones would leave the listener shaking their head thinking, "This chick is nuts." Words on Writing are my thoughts on writing and the art and craft of writing, and it truly is an art form.
