Sometimes, in all seriousness, I do wonder ... If Our Neighbours Could Hear Us … Would They Think We’re Nuts? S (5 yrs) says something I don't really hear. The kids are in another room. R (who is turning 4 next week): "S, MY MOTHER IS NOT AN ALIEN!!!" Naturally, I call across the house at the absurdity of this conversation ... Me: "I AM SO AN ALIEN!" Little R yells back at me ... R: "NO YOU'RE NOT! TRUST ME!"
